- Items can be returned for gift card store credit, or as a refund of the purchase price to the credit card used to place the order.
- We do not accept returns on Final Sale items.
- We do not accept returns on used/worn products unless it is a warranty issue.

If you purchased your helmet from one of our dealers, please return it to them! We are unable to accept returns on helmets not bought from our webstore.
We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. We will fulfill your order with Fedex Ground service, or an expedited option depending on customer preference, order size and customer address.
Important note: We do not work or ship orders on weekends or holidays. If you place an order on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, for instance, your order will not ship until Monday.
